You're capable. You've built things — a career, professional reputation, possibly a business — and you know how to do hard work. You need someone who sees your drive. A partner to think and build with.
You care deeply about what you do, and about the people it touches. You want your work to mean something — and you want to be able to come home from it without feeling hollowed out.
You're ready to make more money, and you want to make it in a way you can actually live with.
You don't want another soulless online course or Facebook community to get lost in. You want depth. Real conversation. Strategy that takes your whole life into account, not just your business model.
You're already in motion. You don't need rescuing — you need a thinking partner who understands the architecture of building something serious, and the reality of being the human behind it.
We'll use elements from my Cairn framework: four phases that build on each other to grow a profitable, sustainable business or career plan that gives you more freedom, time, and energy.
They're not rigid stages — depending on where you start, we might move through them quickly or spend longer on one than another. If you have a strong idea of what you'd like to work on — a specific adventure (maybe you have a route or summit in mind), your brand identity, hitting an income goal — we'll focus there.
Get clarity on what your values truly are, why they matter to you, and what that means for your work.
When we make decisions from a place of clarity and integrity, everything else starts to fall into place. Being busy for productivity's sake falls away. You stop second-guessing yourself. Your next move is easier because it comes from somewhere true to you, not somewhere borrowed. When you get used to the feeling of aligned decisions, you'll gain self-trust and momentum.
We'll also consider your money mindset. Most of us run on inherited beliefs about money that quietly shape every business and career decision we make, and shifting these matters more than most people realise. You can't hold a wild vision, or make big income leaps, without the nervous system capacity and a deep-seated belief that they're possible for you.
We design the structure of your business or career around your values. Depending on if you're an entrepreneur or team leader, we'll look at areas ranging from your mix of work, branding, niche, to an eventual exit strategy.
This work is powerfully strategic, but we'll never lose the thread of who you are and your place in the world.
Earning impactful money, in a sustainable way. Charging properly. New ways of working. Holding your value without flinching. A signature system to tie your work together. We'll start to disconnect the income you make from the hours you put in.
You'll develop agency over what your working month looks like, using systems and income strategies that get you Wednesday mornings on the water, winters for chasing ice and snow, or the sabbatical you've been promising yourself for three years.
A deep focus on uncoupling your income from your time.
We'll look at where to delegate, outsource, simplify, or drop. Where your business or team can run without you touching every piece. You're freed up for the bigger-picture, creative, strategic work that needs what only you can do, and get that feeling of possibilities opening up again.
Adventure, freedom, and time outside don't sit at the end of your week as a reward you've earned once your to-do list is sorted. They're built into your career plan or business.
Sometimes that's the big things: that trip, the climb, a week in a remote cottage to write and drink wine by the fire. But it's also coffee in the garden before your day starts, a Tuesday swim, prioritising your training plan. Intentional moments to centre ourselves.
Both are part of what we're building, from the first session.

Best for: focused work on a specific question or transition. Pricing yourself properly. Building a new offer or income stream. Hitting a defined income target. Designing the structure of a portfolio career — incorporating leadership, more diverse roles, entrepreneurship, or moving from employed to self-employed work. Developing speaking, writing, or consulting income streams. Structuring a year that includes your own training and expedition time.
You'll walk away with: clarity on your direction, a concrete plan for the next phase, and the structures or strategies needed to execute it.

Best for: deeper, sustained work. Building or scaling a business. Reshaping a clinical career. Designing seasonal income that doesn't collapse out of season — particularly for outdoor professionals. Brand identity, pricing, and positioning for premium work. Moving from time-for-money toward scaleable income. Leverage work often starts here — uncoupling income from time, building systems, freeing up bandwidth for the bigger picture.
You'll walk away with: a fully designed business or career structure, embedded systems, and a clear plan for the next 12 months.

Send me a note - I'm happy to talk it through
I'm the principal veterinary surgeon and lead clinical manager at one of the UK's busiest out-of-hours emergency clinics. Alongside that, I coach capable professionals and entrepreneurs through my private practice.
My approach is built on the things I value most: freedom, adventure, honouring the wild within and outside us, and a willingness to do things a little differently. Your business or career gets built around your life, not the other way round.
My methodology integrates strategy with nervous system and trauma-informed work, because sustainable performance can't be built on dysregulation. The wild isn't peripheral to any of this — it's how I think about resilience, freedom, and what a life worth building actually looks like.
I live in the Lake District with my partner, our kids, two huskies and some cats. I climb across the seasons, mountaineer, swim outdoors, run on the fells and compete in mountain ultras.
